Warranty

Guildford Sound & Light provides a full warranty on all products when ordered over our web-site. This guarantee varies from twelve months to three years !! *

In most cases, should a product fail from new, or in the two weeks, we will issue an 'Advanced Replacement' to you immediately. This means that we will send a new replacement product to you the next working day at no cost to yourself. We will also arrange for a courier to collect the faulty item.

If after two weeks, your product develops a fault within it's warranty period, we ask you to return the faulty item to our store. If it cannot be repaired within 14 days, we will issue a replacement item and dispatch it on an express courier at no cost to yourself**.

Please note that 'Mixer Crossfades, and Turntable Styli are not covered by any warranty as these are subject to 'Wear and Tear.'
